Top Velocity Boca Raton clinics are designed for attendees to immerse themselves for two full days in our revolutionary sports training program and begin their path to becoming elite athletes who achieve their full potential with our cutting-edge sports training methods. The two days are divided as follows:
Day 1: theoretical content about the science and methodology behind our program. The duration is approximately 6 hours with a break.
Day 2: practical content to learn the fundamental exercises and routines of our sports program. The duration is approximately 5 hours with a break.
